Abstract:多元芳烃/烷烃混合物的渗透汽化膜分离技术是降低石脑油的芳烃含量,生产低芳优质乙烯原料的潜在技术.以独山子石化公司提供的直馏石脑油为原料,采用芳烃优先透过的商品渗透汽化膜对渗透汽化降低芳烃含量,优化乙烯原料进行探索.研究结果表明,石脑油渗透汽化过程的渗透通量在0.08~1.07 kg/(m2·h)之间,增浓系数在1.4~4.5之间;不同芳烃组分的增浓系数随碳数增大而降低.随切割比增大,石脑油的芳烃含量下降.切割比为20%时,石脑油的芳烃质量分数由7.52%降至4.67%,下降了38%,初步证实了渗透汽化膜分离技术降低石脑油的芳烃含量,优化乙烯原料的可行性.
