Abstract:通过阴离子聚合合成功能型苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)共聚物,并采用1H-NMR、FT-IR、GPC、DSC表征其化学结构.以功能型SIS共聚物为骨架材料制备了功能型SIS热熔压敏胶,测试其粘附性能及体外药物释放性能.结果表明,引入功能性聚环氧乙烷(PEG)嵌段增加了SIS共聚物的极性,在PEG质量分数为5％时,功能型SIS热熔压敏胶具有良好的粘附性能和亲水性药物释放能力.
