Abstract:以管理者、员工、企业文化、知识管理流程、知识管理技术和知识管理内容为结构维度,构建了知识管理成熟度模型;通过问卷获得数据;应用AHP决策分析法确定成熟度各指标因子的权重并给出了成熟度"级越"的方法.通过几个企业的实际应用效果,表明可以为我国企业实施知识管理项目提供有益借鉴.
