Abstract:Recently, interests in the notion of process-oriented knowledge management (POKM) from academia and industry have been significantly increased. This paper surveys the four different levels of intervention in process-oriented knowledge management, strategy, content, systems and processes. The survey also extracts some implications from the review on related issues. Finally, risks, limitations, and shortcomings, as well as possible future work are discussed in this paper. ? 2010 IEEE.
