Abstract:In recent years, the recommender system has been widely studied and applied in many fields, especially in e-commerce. In this paper, a new framework for expert recommendation system based on the content-based model is proposed. The main purpose of the system lies in that both the proposal and expert profile are expressed by the content-based model, and appropriate experts are recommended to review a new proposal by the similarity of the new proposal to the expert mode. Furthermore, a model towards revising expert model based on the expert evaluation's accuracy is also proposed. Unlike the traditional means that the project manager subjectively selects the expert by his experience, the presented framework specializes in twofold, namely, both proposal data and expert profile, which, apparently, is more objective and suitable for the actual circumstance. ? 2009 Binary Information Press.
