Abstract:本文利用HYSYS 软件模拟了氢气分离膜/低温甲醇吸收耦合工艺,分离部分氧化法裂解天然气产生的乙炔,研究了膜组件选择性对吸收、精制及脱碳的影响。膜操作压为2.0MPag,渗透气C2H2 含量控制为0.5mol%。结果表明,当H2、CO2 对C2H2 的分离系数分别为100 和25 时,吸收塔进气氢浓度由原POX 裂解气的55mol%降为渗余气的15.3mol%;乙炔浓度由8.5mol%提高至19.4mol%;低温甲醇消耗减少了25.7%,降为10.4 吨/吨乙炔;依据解吸塔顶CO2 流量,计算得脱碳消耗的28wt%DEA 溶液减少了44.0%,将各项消耗转换计算,预计耦合过程吨乙炔精制电耗可由传统的2000kW 降低至1600kW。
