Abstract:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为膜材料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,水为凝胶浴,采用相转换法制备平板膜。并在其表面涂敷硅橡胶制备复合膜,以氧气渗透速率和氧氮选择性为指标, 考察了聚合物浓度、添加剂浓度对复合膜性能的影响。结果表明当PAN浓度为19.0%,PVP 浓度为3.0%时,氧气渗透速率为420 GPU,氧氮选择性为2.0。
