Abstract:为使乙苯原料气中丙烯的摩尔分数降至0.3%,对吸收稳定系统工艺流程进行了改进,提出了膜分离与吸收稳定系统耦合的3种新工艺--吸收塔前串联膜分离器、吸收塔后串联膜分离器和再吸收塔后串联膜分离器;并用HYSYS流程模拟软件对新工艺进行了模拟计算.模拟计算结果表明,新工艺的冷负荷和热负荷分别比现有工艺降低了42.4%,28.2%,29.2%和44.5%,31.3%,31.6%.综合考虑各方案的冷热负荷、塔负荷和经济效益,吸收塔前串联膜分离器是脱除乙苯原料气中丙烯的最佳方案.
