Abstract: The process of i-propylalcohol oxidation to produce hydrogen peroxide, and propylene epoxidation catalyzed by TS-1 was studied. In i-propylalcohol oxidation, stable agent inhibits the decomposition of initiator to form free radicals. The i-propylalcohol oxidation activity strongly increased with the increase of temperature and the amount of initiator added; the oxygen partial pressure showed less effects on the oxidation activity, which increased with the increase of the oxygen partial pressure slightly. In the integrated reaction of i-propylalcohol oxidation and propylene epoxidation, hydrogen peroxide conversion and the yield of propylene oxide decreased with the reaction time as the amount of propylene oxide increased.
