成胶过程中除醇温度对钛硅分子筛物化性能影响

Abstract: Titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) was quickly synthesized with self-made tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) as template. Some characterizations such as TEM, BET, XRD, FT-IR and UV-Vis were used and the results show that TS-1 samples synthesized at higher alcohol removal temperature (at the range of 333-368 K) have smaller uniform crystal sizes, larger pore volumes, specific surface areas, higher relative crystallinity and more amount of framework titanium, and they exhibit better catalytic performances in the hydroxylation of phenol.
