摘要: The polymerization of butadiene was catalyzed by Nd(vers)3/AlH(i-Bu)2/AlEt 2Cl. The effects of [Bd]/[Nd] ratio in catalyst preparation, [Al]/[Nd] and [Cl]/[Nd] ratios, and polymerization temperature and time on butadiene polymerization were investigated. The increment of butadiene addition amount in catalyst preparation resulted in the higher catalytic activity and narrower mole cular weight distribution of the copolymer. The polymer yield reaches 100% even at low [Al]/[Nd] ration of 10. The polymer has high molecular weight (M¯n=44×104), molecular weight distribution (M¯w/M¯ n=1.47), and high cis-1, 4 stereoregularity of 98.3%, respectively. Regardless of reaction conditions, the microstructure of the polymer hardly changes, indic ating the high stability and stereospecificity of the catalyst.
