新型三嗪类紫外线吸收剂的合成及其性能

Abstract: 以三聚氯氰为原料,通过格氏反应、Friedel - Craft反应及醚化反应合成了3种新型三嗪类紫外线吸收剂2,4-二(2-羟基-4-烷氧基)苯基-6-(4-联苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪.采用FTIR,1H NMR,MS等方法对3种紫外线吸收剂的结构进行了表征;考察了它们的紫外吸收性能、光稳定性及热稳定性.实验结果表明,与市售产品2-(2-羟基-4-己氧基)苯基-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-均三嗪(商品名“DssorbUV- 1577”)相比,该3种三嗪类紫外线吸收剂在280~380nm宽范围内具有更强的紫外吸收性能,3种紫外线吸收剂的最大摩尔吸收系数分别为:50 502.05,52 363.88L./(mol· cm);45 123.59,49 892.84 L/( mol·cm);52 282.02,53 291.56 L/(mol·cm).该3种紫外线吸收剂的光稳定性与Dssorb UV- 1577相当,热稳定性优于Dssorb UV-1577.
