Abstract: 在碱的存在下,以氯乙酸钠为醚化试剂,微波法制备了羧甲基菊粉.考察了醚化时间、碱化时间、溶剂体积分数、溶剂用量、碱用量以及溶剂种类对取代度的影响.当菊粉用量为2.7g,氯乙酸钠用量为1.7g,反应条件为微波炉功率90W碱化2.5min,醚化30min,碱用量0.4g,反应溶剂为2mL体积分数为90%的异丙醇时,产品取代度达0.51.
