含氮杂环结构溶致液晶聚芳酰胺的合成和性能

Abstract:A series of novel aromatic copolyamides were synthesized from 1,2-dihydro-2-(4-aminophenyl)-4- [4-(4-(aminophenoxyl)phenyl)]-phthalazinone, p-phenylene diamine and terephthaloyi dichloride using the low temperature solution polycondensation method. The polymers with inherent viscosity of 1.76-3.29 dL/g which observed in NMP (1% LiCl) or conc. H2SO4 are obtained in quantitative yield by changing the mole ratios of the two diamines. Their solubility in some polar solvents is improved by the introduction of phthalazinone moiety and ether linkages into the main chain. These polyamides are amorphous. The glass transformation temperatures are all above 310°C. Most of these polyamides form lyotropic liquid crystalline in their conc. H2SO4, NMP (1% LiCl, mass fraction) and DMAc (1% LiCl, mass fraction) solutions.
