药物/基因共载的普鲁兰多糖基阳离子纳米胶束在肿瘤治疗中的应用

Abstract: 具有生物相容性的药物/基因共递送载体是实现癌症药物/基因联合治疗的关键。在普鲁兰多糖骨架上接枝脱氧胆酸(DA)和低分子量聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)得到新型的两亲性多糖(PDP)。溶血及MTT实验表明PDP具有良好的生物相容性；PDP在水溶液中形成粒径大约160nm的阳离子纳米胶束。
