固溶处理对服役后AISI321钢组织和性能的影响

Abstract: 采用金相显微镜、硬度仪、拉伸机和扫描电镜对在700℃下服役8万小时的AISI321不锈钢固溶处理后显微组织和室温性能的转变进行了研究。结果表明:在1050℃下固溶处理使服役后AISI321不锈钢中的σ相逐渐溶解,σ相的含量明显减少;固溶处理后显微硬度明显降低;固溶处理使服役后的AISI321不锈钢抗拉强度明显降低(从690MPa降至610MPa),断后伸长率升高(从32%上升为60%),断裂形式从脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。
