X70钢室温蠕变及对疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响

Abstract:研究了X70钢室的温蠕变和单峰过载对其疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响.结果表明,当室温蠕变应力强度因子高于最大应力强度因子时,X70钢试样的裂纹尖端存在室温蠕变现象,且蠕变量和速率均随着过载比的增大而提高.室温蠕变与单峰过载对随后疲劳裂纹扩展产生的延滞效应相似,但前者的影响更大.根据裂纹闭合现象和裂纹断口的形貌,分析了疲劳裂纹扩展延滞的机理.
