Abstract: 针对覆盖件冲压成形中的翘曲缺陷,阐述了翘曲产生的原因,在有限元环境下,从调节金属流动的角度出发,基于广义成形理论,提出一种通过调整金属流动使得应变分布均匀或对称,从而消除翘曲缺陷的方法,并编写针对性的有限元分析软件模块SFT Shape Change,通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。
