Abstract:Compared with the concrete structure casted in sites,the cost of thesimilar prefabricated building is so high,which has become one of the key factors in the development of prefabricated building. The paper analyzes the reasons of the high cost,that is the low degree of the industrialization of industrial organization model,which leads to the high cost of manufacturing and treading. Then,proposes that the industrialization of construction industry organization model is the way to reduce the cost of the prefabricated buildings. Finally,expounds the way to realize the industrialization of organization model,in order to provide a reference for the development of prefabricated building.
