Abstract:Through the stationary test,Granger causality test and the VAR model,makes an empirical analysis on the quarterly data of price index of house sales and price index of land transaction from 2003 to 2010. The results show that,the housing sales price growth is the Granger cause of land transaction prices growth;housing prices impact on land prices is greater than the land prices impact on housing price,and they have both been positive effect.
