Abstract: The paper introduces the concept of construction industrialization and lean construction,compares the characteristics of the two from three perspectives,namely implementation method,effect and objective,shows that they have the same objective,should be developed synergistically. Then,summarizes the supporting effect of industrialized construction to lean construction,namely reducing waste,concurrent and improving customer value. Meanwhile,elaborates the supporting effect of lean construction of the lean construction in promoting the planning and coordination of the factory site and the value production. Finally,proposes the methodology framework of application of lean construction into industrialized construction based on two goals of lean construction.
