Abstract: By summing the characters of the Concurrent Engineering and the shortcomings of the serial production modes,this paper discusses the necessity and the objective of using Concurrent Engineering in the life long construction of SI residential and then researches how to use the Concurrent Engineering in the construction of SI residential. Then,builds production and operation system of the life cycle construction of SI residential based on the Concurrent Engineering. Finally,reaches the conclusion that the Concurrent Engineering shows great effect in the efficiency of the life cycle construction of SI residential.
