Abstract:以两种新型汽车车身用AA6016铝合金为研究对象,对比研究其力学性能及不同人工时效制度下的烘烤硬化性.探讨各工艺参数影响下的微观机理,提出优化的烘烤工艺流程:固溶淬火+预时效+自然时效+人工时效(烘烤硬化).研究表明:铝材烘烤硬化主要是由亚稳强化相β'的沉淀析出以及预变形产生的位错强化引起,烘烤硬化值大小与合金中β'相形核速度有关,不同的自然时效状态及板材轧制特性不影响烘烤硬化的实际效果.尽可能采用高温短时效的烘烤过程(2%~3%预变形,170~180℃,小于30 min)可使AA6016铝合金获得满意的烘烤硬化效能.该过程可大幅提升AA6016铝合金烘烤硬化性和成形性,烘烤硬化值为40~90MPa,对企业实际应用具有指导意义.
