摘要:Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), with good fuel economy and lower emissions, becomes one of the most meaningful ways to solve the problem of pollution and energy. In the process of researching Hybrid Electric Vehicle, driving conditions and operating states need be kept abreast of, which can guide further optimization of vehicle design. The data monitoring system of Hybrid Electric Vehicle is designed and developed, which can carry on the real-time monitor to the vehicle operating parameters. First, develop the in-vehicle information collector in the lower computer in-vehicle terminal, collecting vehicle's real-time information. Then, through the GPRS wireless communication technology transmit the data collected by the lower computer to the host computer. In the host computer monitoring terminal restore vehicle's current operating status, realize the data information of reflecting the battery operating state, motor operating state and vehicle operating state real-time monitoring and management, which can provide the technical support for follow-up construction of driving cycle, further optimization of control strategy, and so on. At present, the system has been successfully applied to the hybrid buses of the energy efficient and new energy vehicles' large-scale demonstration operating project. The real vehicle test of the demonstration operation project shows that the system is job stability, strong anti-interference ability and easy to maintain, which can achieve accurate, reliable, real-time data acquisition and transmission and have excellent performance.
