摘要: In a developing process of a electrical car, a finite element model of body in white (BIW) is created, use the finite element model to do a modal analysis and get the BIW's first 30 order modal frequency values and characteristics, then do a first torsion modal frequency, first bending modal frequency, BIW mass sensitivity analysis according to the BIW parts' thickness, based on the analysis results, obtain the sensitive parts of the first torsion mode, the first bending mode and BIW mass, provide a foundation for the optimum design variables' choosing. ? 2012 IEEE.
