Abstract:The present paper explored the relationship of empowerment and organizational commitment mediated by psychological contract. Based on the analysis of 291 samples by surveying MBA students of Dalian University of Technology, using structure equation model (SEM), the authors confirmed that empowerment did have effects en employees' organizational commitment in different ways through psychological contract, Which is list as follows: meaning perceived by employees affects psychological factor of organizational commitment through the partial effect of employees' perceptions of obligations; impact completely influences both psychological and social-economic factor of organizational commitment via employee expectations; competence affects organizational commitment through partial mediated function of employee expectations. In addition, significantly, employee expectations of psychological contract have positive effect to employees' perceptions of obligations; and social-economic factor of organizational commitment positively affects psychological factor.
