Abstract:With the rapid urbanization process in china,residential construction is carrying out throughout the country. After solution to current needs and balance between supply and demand,the focus of the society gradually shifts to the building on the working and service life. SI housing system which is called "century house" realizes the separation between the Skeleton and the Infill and improves the durability of residential and variability. This article discusses the development process and the main integration technology of SI system,analyzes the development of competitive and significance of construction,and proposes problems encountered in SI. It proposes the advantage,significance and realistic problem of the SI system construction.
