Abstract:With the increasingly exposed drawbacks of the traditional housing renovation model and the rapid development of the Internet era,especially the concept of "Internet plus",the integration of the housing renovation industry and the Internet is imperative. As a result, the housing renovation model in the Internet age researches its historic moment. However,the Internet housing renovation industry of China is a new industry at present,which is still in the stage of exploration. Accordingly, it is a long way to go for the industry reform. This paper firstly analyzes the current development and situation of the Internet housing renovation industry to review existing problems. Then, we focus on both domestic and foreign housing renovation models for further studies. Finally, we identify the future development trend of this area. The results can be used as a solid reference for in-depth studies in this field.
