Abstract: A novel mu(1,1)-OMe-bridged dimeric manganese(III) complex with the tridentate Schiff base ligand 2-[1-(2-methylaminoethylimino)ethyl]phenolate has been prepared and structurally characterized. The magnetic property of the complex shows the presence of ferromagnetic interaction mediated by double methoxy bridges. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
