Abstract: This paper is concerned with the simultaneous stabilization of a collection of battery-powered networked control systems (NCSs). A new model is presented to capture the bandwidth and transmission energy constraints effects on the NCSs. By using average dwell time techniques, sufficient conditions for the exponential mean square stability of a single plant are derived at first. Then based on the scheduling requirements, an interesting scheduling-and-control co-design procedure is proposed, which can stabilize the whole set of plants with given transmission energy budget and guaranteed system performance. The effeteness of the results is demonstrated by numerical simulations.
